Im going to start by just reciting a few quotes which help me out in those tough times and I may write why etc.. (depending how it goes) I love quotes because they are short, subtle, and usually are accurate on everything that you’re feeling at that time.
They may be referenced, they may not;

So this one is probably my ALL time favourite, I heard this when I was in school (between 7-12 years ago) . I should of taken more notice at school because you think something is the end of the world when it’s really not. It’s true, you need to speak how you truly feel because you should never be ashamed of how you feel because you feel that way for a reason and you should back yourself. You will soon see who are your ‘real’ friends very quickly.
“Don’t judge a book by it’s cover”
You have all likely heard this one as it is a popular one. I like this because I could say it to sooooo many people. From friends to strangers who have no idea what’s going on. I have experienced this by individuals ‘presuming’ what’s happened in my life etc. Something as silly as someone I’ve never met telling me to SMILE when I’m just grabbing bread from the shop. That is quite possibly the worst thing for anybody to say to me, it instantly gets my defences up and I wanna spill everything that I’m feeling. They could well be saying it in a positive way but I’ll never know.

Be different, be you. Wear what you wanna wear, do your make up how you want too. I do need to take my own advice with this one. I constantly compare myself to other people and I rarely want to wear bright clothes because then attention would be brought to me but why not? Everybody has a bit of this in them so everybody is worried about everyone looking, staring, judging.
